late night boredom

Ain't done this blogging in a while. It's currently 2.24am Sunday morning as the clocks have went forward and i have set myself the target of finishing this by 2.30am so i can go to bed.

Football today (saying 'today' really means Saturday) we won 5-3, which was our first league win of the season, and United mauled Bolton 4-0, so footballing wise it was an excellent day.

This Saturday evening i just sat in the house. I watched 'Almost Famous'. Which was surprisingly quite good. It's about a kid who follows a rock band about, writing for Rolling Stone magazine, but theres some good songs and stuff in it and it took two hours out of a Saturday night i'd have otherwise wasted by flicking tv, excessively tweeting or going on facebook every two minutes. You know it's bad when you go back on facebook and there havent been any updates since the last time you checked (60 seconds ago :|).

I did buy a Burger King tonight. I know it's all 'foreigners' that work in the joint, but when you emphasise the word 'plain', you sorta hope that your burger will be plain. It wasn't. Dinner ruined.

Yesterday, I purchased a t-shirt online, a Guetta style.... well not really but ive seen him wearin it so it'll do, and its a nice t-shirt so i was willing to pay the money for it.

Tomorrow (technically today) is Sunday already, which will probably involve the usual, lie in, dinner, internet, golf. Since work began, weekends seem shorter than an actual day in work.

I forgot to do the lottery tonight, which is poor, coz i won 10 quid on Wednesday, so it could have been even luckier tonight. I've said before that the lottery is clearly the best thing goin, even though it's highly highly unlikely that i will ever win and be a millionaire, it's still the best chance that i ever will be a millionaire, so I do it. Some guy not so long ago won two and a half million and claimed he'd be back driving buses the next day. Would yee?

There's currently no-one online on facebook which is the first time i've ever witnessed that, and it's 2.41am, so i failed by 11 minutes.
